Aiden and Jack had fun playing together for the last time (well not the last but it won't be quite the same now that we aren't living in the same house). Aunt Jen bought the boys these cute outfits... thanks Jen!
The Happenings of our Happy Little Family

We did it! We finally graduated from college! Bryan's parents and sister Jen came for graduation and then helped us move. It was so great to have them here! Graduation was a lot of fun, however going to two ceremonies made for a long day! We appreciate everyone coming. (Bryan's brother Jared also graduated)

Oh and I just thought I'd leave you with a picture of our sweet little boy.

We had a lot of fun watching Jack the other night. Jack is Aiden's cousin that lives upstairs. Jack and Aiden just so happened to have the same PJs, so we had to take some pictures. It has been so much fun living so close to Jared, Cindy and Jack! We are really going to miss being so close. I can't believe we are moving in a little over a week!
Bryan had to do a project for his creativity class that related to something they had studied. He chose to do a Modern Art painting. I have to say, I was quite impressed with the finished product. The picture really doesn't do it justice. He used several layers of spray paint and torn masking tape to come up with the final product. I think he might have discovered a new hobbie, or maybe a new profession! Not likely... but you never know. :)
Sleep at last!! I'm ecstatic to tell you that all of your wonderful ideas worked! Aiden is sleeping so much better! The first night was a little rough. He woke up only an hour after laying him down. At first we waited 5 minutes then went in and calmed him down and left again. He cried for a few more minutes and then fell asleep. He woke up again like 30 minutes later cried for 4 minutes and then went back to sleep. He woke up another 30 minutes later and cried for only a couple minutes and put himself back to sleep. He woke up a couple more times and then finally gave in and slept for 4 hours straight! The next time he woke up I fed him and then he slept for another 3 hours. The next night he slept for 6 hours straight right off the bat. When he woke up I got up to feed him and by the time I got to his room he had fallen back asleep, so I went back to bed. The next time he woke up was 4 hours later! I couldn't believe it... 10 hours without eating!! That rice cereal before bed must be the secret! The next night he slept 7 hours straight and fell back asleep for 3 more hours before getting up to eat. Last night he slept 8 hours straight, ate and then went back to bed for 2 more hours!
I am loving this. At first it was really hard to let him cry... 5 minutes felt like an eternity, and it still does! I just wanted to go in and rescue him, but I realized that as long as all of his needs were met, that he was just fine. He was just tired and wanted to be held all night like he was when he was sick.
Teething, a cold, gassy tummy... what else could go wrong with my poor little guy? I thought he had it bad enough, and then he got another owie on his foot. As I was holding him and getting something out of the microwave his foot brushed against a pan on the stove and got burned! I felt so bad!! He has been a tough little guy through it all and the doctor says he's going to be just fine!! He even got a cool little sock to put over his foot so he won't play with his burn until it heals. He seems quite a bit happier today so hopefully he'll be all better soon.
